storeiP uses industry-leading encryption and top quality security authentication to ensure that any sensitive data stored, transmitted or accessed online is given the highest standard of business-level protection.  It is also the only solution to have full certification for the following RSA Security products; Keon, BSAFE and SecurID.

Automatic online back-up - After the initial data capture, storeiP backs up your critical data using patented technology which copies only the changes in your files and databases. As a result, your backup is always up to date, and this highly efficient process minimizes both local and remote server bandwidth usage.

Central management - storeiP includes a personalised management administration tool which lets you manage and monitor your entire backup and storage process. While storeiP automates all back-up functions, you retain complete control of your backup operation by creating business rules and backup policies, checking status and initiating restore requests.

storeiP retrieval technology permits you to selectively restore data from a catalogue of all archived file versions. In the event of a complete server/PC/Laptop data failure, South West Communications Group can provide the encrypted data on a USB hard drive, ready for you to collect and restore.

Support options - South West Communications Group’s standard storeiP agreement provides customers with the ability to email its staff regarding any storeiP queries and problems and we will respond to these within six hours. This support is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

South West Communications Group  also provides engineering support in the Data Centre (charged at prevailing rates) during working hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays. If a data restore is required for clients, this would be charged at a one-off premium, plus the engineering hourly labour element.
