Company Background

South West Communications Group was founded in 1983 and prides itself on delivering innovative, secure, reliable and scalable communication solutions to businesses throughout the UK. The company has grown organically and through acquisition, growth which has recently been recognised by the Deloitte and Touche ‘Fast 50’ and ‘Fast 500’ awards the company has received at a regional and European level.

With the capability to deliver solutions nationwide, our head office in Exeter provides an accessible location to service our customers in London, South East, South West, Midlands and Wales.

There are 120 people employed by South West Communications throughout the UK with over 60 of these employees being customer facing. It is this customer focused approach which has allowed the business to continue to grow over the past few years despite a downturn in the IT and Telecommunications industry. Our turnover is in excess of £20 million annually.

From the very beginning we have strived to deliver quality, high performance and well-managed solutions on time and within budget. Our ability to achieve this consistently is the reason why 57% of our turnover is repeat business from our customers or customer referrals.

Our ambition is to always be at the forefront of technology and to always innovate to ensure we continuously deliver the right solutions to help our customers address the challenges they face today and tomorrow.
